Service Description
A tactile workshop on the ELEMENTS of design. Explore plane, surface, and direction which all add up to the abstract elements of 3-dimensional design. Through various projects using clay, paper, plaster and wire, we will discover the magic of visual tension and spatial relationships. As designers we use this daily in space planning and general design. A MUST CLASS FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES ART AND DESIGN. In this course we will study how to create visual tension, how dominant, sub-dominant and subordinate elements work together to define Design. Learning the magic of these spatial relationships with activate your design sense and bring life to your design practice. No previous experience needed. Space is limited to 8 students.
